Default 7.4 LE Still Crashes when SETTING UP MIDI! Where R U??

It's been fifteen days since I've bought PT LE 7.4. I still couldn't see its new features. I did everything what I was told but nothing has changed. Still having trouble with 7.4. CRASHES when SETTING UP MIDI!!!
I'VE PAID IT BUT I CAN NOT USE IT! And I've got no responses from Digidesign's technicians.
What MUST I do? Why does digidesign not care for its customers? WHERE R U?
Everything was fine with 7.3.1 cs5 but 7.4 sucks! Before u make sales of PT LE 7.4 you have to finish all the tests about it. If you missed some details then YOU MUST SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS. W-H-E-R-E R U ???????
