After installing the new power harness and supply

Hey, I just installed the new power supply and harness in my 002r.
Here's a new issue though...

When I powered it up everything came on ok and I play some music through itunes.
it was crackling and popping a little bit and I thought that was wierd cause it didnt do it before.
so I figured it's not the power thing cause that's all new... I started friggin with the headphone jack/plug and I think that is buggered up, I'm gonna test the audio using the main outs tonight and hopefully it works... cause if it doesnt I'm gonna be pissed.

Anyone else experience this issue?... btw.. I was careful to not bump the plughole when removed and installing the power supplies
