Power supply/harness delivered and installed but?
Hey all,
Im wondering if anyone has had this issue with their 002r. I recieved my power supply and harness and installed it. I still have the same problem.... the only light that comes on when powered up is the mute button/light. Everything else is non-responsive, other then the firewire (green light) on the back of the 002r. Could this be that the firewire port on the 002r is gone/blown?? Wondering if anyone else has seen this problem? I guess I have to send the unit in to get it checked out. This really bites, knowing you guys are being able to load up PT7 and I have to get a RMA number to send her off tomorrow. Eddie
