Hi guys,
Currently having a major issue where I get the AAE #-9173 (Pro Tools ran out of CPU power) message on start up. Yesterday everything was working fine but today I'm constantly getting this error code even on start up with a blank session!? How can it run out of cpu power when there's not even a single plug-in? Currently have tried restarting the computer, changing USB ports for the interface, updated anything related to pro tools, changed buffering size and cache size all to no avail. Currently running pro tools 12.7.1 with the CPU running at about 40% load. Have loaded past sessions and even blank sessions and am unable to do anything without the error code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. CPU: Intel 15-4690K @ 3.50GHZ Interface: Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 Pro tools: 12.7.1 Memory: 8GB DDR3 OS: Windows 7 |
