Default Session sampling rate messup, what are my chances?

So the session should have been 48khz.

I created 48khz session and recorded audio into that, only realizing later, that my master clock was running at 44.1khz as I forgot to change that.

So now I have a session that "thinks" and "reads" it's 48khz but actually plays correctly if master clock is set at 44.1

How can I get the session to actually be 48khz as it needs to be, so I can forward the files?
