"Select Assignments to" is not working correctly! It shows the hidden tracks!

Hi all,

When you right click on an input or output) to choose the option "Select Assignments To" (in order to see which tracks are assigned to this same input or output),
Pro Tools un-hides the hidden tracks and shows the hidden tracks as well, which ruins the entire layout of the session.

How do I set Pro Tools so that it just selects the tracks and does nothing else?

Yeah I've noticed this too, in my case it doesn't matter as I just "Hide Inactive Tracks" but that might not work for everyone. Presumably there's a reason why it has to show tracks...?

I'm not saying that this isn't a potential bug and that it shouldn't get fixed, but the easiest workaround would be to create a window configuration with the hidden tracks hidden, then to recall that config once whatever action that needed bus interrogation was completed.
