Missed renewal by 1 day and can't get hold of customer service
I've had Protools since 2017 at $99 a year. I first bought into Protools in 2004 or so. I've hardly been using it lately but like to want to keep it active.
I was just charged $299 for renewal. I see yearly renewal price is now $199 and reinstatement is $299. I updated my card apparently one day late and I got charge for reinstament as apossed to renewal. I use Quicken software to keep track of due dates of all my bills. Both my and Avid records show Avcis changing my renewal date from the 1st of a month to days before. This arbitrary changing of renewal date with no warning cost me $100. Now I can't get a hold of support. I created a case last week. Tried twice to get a hold of them in chat. Can't seem to even call them. Any ideas or comments? |
