I need help with reason adapted and protool 7

I have looked in the other topics if my question could be there but i don't find...

so,

I start protool 7 and I create an Aux track i put Reason adapted like instrument and no sound from reason...

for reason i got a warning:
One or sevral of the Midi inputs could not be open. They might be in use by another application. Open the preferences dialog and check your MIdi settings.

the second warning:
In reason in the preferences, in Advanced Midi it show that my digi 002r port 1 is (offline)

I don't know what to do with it

I'm not home now, and I'm not a power user so I can't walk you through this. However, I think that when you open Protools and create a Reason instrument track Protools will own the MIDI inputs. The error you get in Reason is normal.

I think you need to select Protools (or Rewire) as the input for the instrument in Reason. Again, I wish I was home so I could tell you what needs to be done. Hopefully someone with a better working knowledge will chime in. Once you learn how to get it working the first time you shouldn't have any problems setting it up in the future.
