Yep Using PT 2022.5 on Monterey 12.4 works fine on my M1 Pro MBP And on my iMac listed below

And the M1 MBP launches PT faster than the iMac

I didn't say 12.4 would NOT work. Just pointing out to the OP who said he couldn't find any info on what is supported.

If it all worked before, then Avid had it working for you. Something must have changed on your system. There are many Mac Studio users running fine with Protools.

Worst case, backup your data, reformat the SSD and do a fresh install of MacOS and Protools WITHOUT 3rd party plugins. and see if it works.

There is a whole standard approach to troubleshooting stuff, described under "Help us help you" up the top of every DUC web page. You are kinda expected to try stuff there and if still having problems describe what you have done/tried in detail. Not much of that seems to be happening here.

How did you install Pro Tools and other things onto the Mac? What plugins have you installed? And if Avid Complete Plugin Bundle are the the required 2022.2 version plugins?

Is the Mac fully optimized for Pro Tools? You did every last thing?

Did you use the system migration assassin (assistant) to move stuff from an old Mac to this Mac? What exactly?

Did you run mac OS update or run Avid Link to try to update stuff. I do not trust Link and would uninstall it using the uninstaller in in the /Applications/Avid_Uninstallers folder (frequent advice on DUC)

Did you ever have Pro Tools running with just it's core plugins on this system before adding more plugins?

What exact text/error are you getting on the screen when Pro Tools does not start?

All troubleshooting should start with trashing prefs (use Pete Gates PTPrefs tool), then for things like this moving all plugin files out of the plugin folder... do that and then trash prefs again (to force Pro Tools to rebuild it's index of installed plugins....does that do anything for you? (Pro Tools will automatically put back it's core plugins when it restarts) if that still did not work, leave all the other plugins uninstalled and keep troubleshooting. Try creating a new admin user account and repeat the same tests from there. Try starting up Pro Tools , holding down 'N' and selecting the build in Output or whatever it's called on your Mac as the playback engine. Try reinstalling Pro Tools (now try 2022.6 even though no specific bug fix there might sounds like it addresses this problem).

Looking in the Pro Tools logs ~/Library/Logs/Avid/Pro_Tools* might give some clue, especially if it worked before for you, comparte a log from them and now, the log contents are cryptic low level stuff, but just look for things that seem like errors or warnings.

Failing all that start over. Hopefully you have free fast SSD space on the internal drive, and can create an new boot volume/container and do a clean macOS install there and install Pro Tools only and test that works work. There are instructions all over the Web about how to do this.

Do not use the system migration assassin to move apps or drivers, only user accounts and documents. There should be no reason to erase your current boot volume until you know that this new one is booting/working OK and then you can delete that boot volume once you move any user documents etc. off it. You can use the migration assistant to move user accounts and documents if you really have to, but you can also do this by hand if you know basic UNIX skills (e.g. making sure that accounts on old and new systems have the same user id (uid)).
