Default Re: choppy graphics (meters, counter) after a HW failure

No improvement on a new hard drive with clean Snow Leopard and Pro Tools 9 installation. Must be hardware.

I forgot to mention that I'm running a C|24, and the meters and counter etc are perfectly fine on that. With the mix window placed directly above the C|24, comparing meters it's very obvious that something isn't right.

One more thing, I've just tested using the inbuilt soundcard (Pro Tools Aggregate i/o) with PT9, and the problem remains. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that rule out the HD (Core, Accel) cards?
