Default need a blue faderunit for D-Command

I need to expand my blue D-Command to 40 faders ...so i need a blue faderunit...
Why is digidesign not selling and / or producing the blue version anymore
I'm stuck here...and i'm sure alot of blue D-Command owners also since PT8.
Digi...think of all those customers before ES-release..there is still a market for blue faderunits...especially in Europe.
I really want this 40 fader blue D-Command

the ESs have the new (better, we hope) faders
it would be expensive to make both

Do they have newer faders? I hadn't seen that anywhere.

I have a blue D Command from approx 2 years ago and ever since PT8 my faders have been perfect.

We had the local Field Service Tech out and changed them in both of our 4 year old main units.
He told me that the ES has the new ones.

New ones are suppose to last longer before getting funky (using the Venue ones apparently)

I have an ES, and I had to swap the faders with the new improved ones.

How much did you pay for the faders exchange ?

I asked to the belgium Tech Service some times ago, but they did not answer me yet

Thank you !
