Default will this work for mbox pro 2?

I'm curently using a mbox pro 2. as most of you all know, it's maxed out at 4 analog channels, or 6 if you count the rca channels. i was wondering what world clock is. I've seen the m audio octane 8 pre amp have a world clock deal and if i could use the octane to expand the channels on the mbox pro 2.
