Ha ha ha, fair enough. I'll work on something that can keep people that want that control like you, and everyone else too who likes the new version.

Pete

Hey Pete, the program has been so useful (especially for getting AAX ARM plugins and checking for updates)! Noticed a small bug on the Plug In Scan tab: if you sort by date, it is sorting left to right numerically instead of year, month, day. So something like

1/25/22
10/1/23
2/6/21

would happen

Ahhh yes, it's doing a simple string comparison to sort, not a proper date comparison. I'll look at improving that.

Cheers,
Pete

2.1.1 released.

You can now do searches in the plugin list. The search is a simple case-insensitive partial search of the Plugin Name/Version/Manufacturer fields. The search will clear any custom column sorting applied.

I'll next get onto custom trashing sets for people that don't want to trash everything and the date sorting bug.

Cheers,
Pete

Manufacturer and mod date, both items I added to my Excel spreadsheet to track Native AAX support. This makes things MUCH easier.

Thank you Pete!!

2.2.1 is up

Hopefully fixed the date sorting issue on other systems, which ended up being quite complicated.

Also, you can now scan AU/VST/VST3 plugins. The type is displayed (and saved with Excel export).

Cheers,
Pete

Nice!

Thanks Pete!

Would it be possible to also add the size of each plugin on the list and the total size of each plugin format on our drives at the bottom?

Sorry if this has been asked before!

Nicely done. Sorting great.
And the "show website" is a nice little trick (was this there before and I didn't notice?)
