Pro Tools 9.0.2 Update Won't Recognize Oxygen 61 Keyboard Anymore

Hello all,

This is my first post and my first issue I have not been able to solve on my own.

I recently updated PT9 to the newest update and since then my oxygen 61 controller has not been able to communicate correctly ( at all ) with my PT9 System. I get a system pop-up every few seconds and then I have to disable it. I have tried to power cycle it, unpluging it, disabling it and reenabling it.

Has anyone had this same issue? or does anyone have another idea to fix it?

The only thing I can think of is to try it on a different USB port(and double-check that power management is turned off on all your USB ports).

Dumb question...but did you make sure MIDI thru is enabled?

Hmm.. well I never disabled it. In fact, I don't ever remember specifically enabling a "Midi Thru" option. Where might I find this in PT9 to check to see if it's enabled?

Under the OPTIONS menu.

A few days back I experienced something similar, only I have the Axiom Pro61. This was after I had to trash my prefs and databases. When I added the Axiom into the prefs to use as secondary surface control it worked, however the next time I launched PT I got the same message you described.

What worked for me, I suggest you try it, is to reinstall the drivers for your Oxygen.

Well the the Oxygen 61 does not use any other drivers with Windows 7. It's a PuP. But I will look into it a little further to see if it auto-installed something.
