Default LOUD Click when record enabling tracks in 7.3

I'm getting this really loud click/pop when i first record enable tracks in a session. After opening a session (any session new or old) the first time i record enable a track i get a pop that even hits the clip indicators on the meters. Aux tacks, audio tracks, whatever... Its really loud and really annoying, to the point where I have to turn headphones or speakers all the way down, and then just record enable them all to get it out of the way.... Anyone else getting this/ know whats going on?
