Strange Picture Codec Issues
Dear All,
Our picture department upgraded their systems using Os Big Sur and media composer 2021.6 on Intel iMacs. We unfortunately are on older systems using Os Sierra and PT HDX 2019.6 on Older Mac Pro Towers (Cheese Graters). We have always used Avid DNx HD 36 QuickTime files without issues. However, now the picture files coming in are becoming extremely problematic. Either we will get a green screen, they will not play or the video engine will not stop playing. I'm told they are exporting DNx LB files. Any thoughts as to why this may be happening? PT HDX 2 Os Sierra 48GB Ram.
