Tempo ramps in PTLE 6.1 PC
Is there any way to ramp between two different tempos? I've been trying all night and can't figure it out.

Re: Tempo ramps in PTLE 6.1 PC
unfortunately no easy way aside from dropping new tempo changes in either say on the bar, or every quarter note manually.
Ie. say for instance you want to ramp from 95bpm to 105bpm over 8 bars, the math tells us you want to speed up by 10 bpm over 8 bars. If you do it on the bar you'd add 1.25 to the tempo each bar. So your tempo markers would be 95, 96.25, 97.5, 98.75 ... 105. PITA I know! I usually use Logic Audio to create my tempo maps then import them into PT. Cheers, Marcus |
