Re: Using a Digi002 as audio input device?
Hi,
there should be no problem. Hook it up, go to the system preferences -> audio and then click the tabs "input" and "output" and select the 002 there as the device of choice. cheers, thurston |

002 or 002R?
BTW this doesn't work on Windows and I'm not sure about Macs.

When I select the digi002 in the sound system prefs I get the following messages:
The selected device has no output controls. The selected device has no input controls. |

Re: Using a Digi002 as audio input device?
Go here and download LineIn
http://www.rogueamoeba.com/freebies/ I had to futz around with the core audio driver a bit to get to work, but it did.. In sound preferences, select the 002 as the default output. You may have to launch the core audio driver first to have it show up in the drop down. At this point you should be able to play itunes through the 002. Then, launch LineIn, select the 002 for the input and the output and click on pass thru..

Re: Using a Digi002 as audio input device?
Hm, strange...it worked without problems on my G4 with Digi001 and works without problems on my G5 with M-Box 2...
Hope the other users can provide a solution.. |
