PLEASE HELP! ProTools Artist/ FocusRite Interface

Description of Issue: I keep receiving message that says your audio device is configured with an unsupported audio buffer size pro tools and to choose different size but I am not able to find that option

Please select on of the following supported buffer sizes in the device control panel: 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, or 2048."

I select the buffer size in the device settings and it still does nit work. Same message appears.

Anything else, please ask. And please give as much info as you can on your system; Mac/PC, OS version, PT version/tier, etc. Even better, make a signature so that everytime you post the info is there. There is also lot of info here:

I'm guess the OP is running a Windows computer, in which case, they should go to Windows sound properties and set Windows to use the on-board sound card for playback
