Great customer service!
I see many negative posts on these forums regarding Digi. I would like to provide some balance and say "Thank you" to Digi for the recent field replacement of my C24 that had the infamous paint problem and surround channel buzzing. One 5 minute call to tech support and a new C24 arrived within 3 days FedEx. One more call to FedEx and the defective unit was shipped back to Digi freight prepaid (by Digi). I know that many people (myself included) expect this kind of support when expensive music gear has trouble under warranty. Sadly, this is usually not the case. It was refreshing indeed to have the issue resolved in this manner with only the slightest of efforts on my part being required (and no additional $). Thanks again Digi and keep up the good work!
