Fasttrack Ultra 8R Windows 8.1 no MIDI

I have a Problem with Fasttrack Ultra 8R on Windows 8.1 x64:
MIDI doesn't work. The LED shows a Signal, DAW shows Midi-In, but there is no Midisignal coming in.
On Windows 7 x64 no problem.

Driver: 6.1.9
