I am guessing that has to do with the Pro tools 10. Do you have your Pro Tools 9 asset on the iLok you are putting 10 on. I am only guessing since the 10/9 bundle only comes with the upgrade, not the full version of 10. Outside of that I couldn't say.

PT 9 has to be on your iLok before you can download PT 10 to your iLok.
Downloading 10 to your iLok requires the surrender of 9.

exactly, no need to install Pt9 first but you need to activate all your pt9 related software to your ilok first. It is only upgrade versions that is waiting for you on your ilok account.
