Default Upgrade question

I've searched for this on the DUC but I came up with thousands of irrelevant posts that contain my search keywords. How do I upgrade from 6.4 to 6.7? Or can I just go from 6.4 to 6.9x?

6.7 is a dead version; not even available anymore. Just go straight to 6.9.

Or wait a couple weeks and go to 7.0

OK. I can't seem to find any links to upgrade 6.4 to 6.9, much less any preliminary information suggesting that I can go to 7. Am I missing something?

6.4 to 6.9 right now would be rather silly, considering shipping on 7 is about a week away.
6.4 to 6.9 will cost you $75.00, so will 6.4 to 7, and for an additional 24 bucks (99.00 total) you'll get nearly 1000.00 worth of plugins.

Here's a link for the 6.9 upgrade.

Here's the announcement about 7.0 from the Digidesign home page, which itself has links to the Upgrade and upgrade options page, as well as links to specific information about version 7.0
