iLok Question

Digidesign has sent me a license for the trial version of Transfuser. No matter how many times I go into iLok.com, it tells me that I have a license to download and no matter how many times I syncronize, Pro Tools continues to ask me to buy or quit and goes to the copy challenge routine.

The iLok does have the green light. There are 6 licenses on it. Do these get filled up? What could the problem be?

The trial has probably expired, when did it get sent?
there was a 90 trial....at least 90 days ago, and then a 15 day trial.

I know what you are saying. I did have the original trial demo version. That expired when they released the actual full version. It was at that point that I downloaded a trial of the full version. The license says that it is good until August 15th or so and I will have bought the full version by then. It's just that I am antsy now because I was in a creative flow with it. What I don't understand is why the iLok goes through the syncronization but reads that the last sync was in May (correlating with the trial version).
