Default 10.1 HDX and VI's

Just the facts, ma'am.

Day one - couple crashes so far with Stylus RMX, Omnisphere and Steven Slate SSD 4 Player... many playback stops featuring spurious alerts about clock and playback buffers. However, Kontakt 5 with Steven Slate 3.5 seems rock solid.

As with 9.05, 10.1 and Stylus RMX, Omnisphere via VEP seems to be cool.

How's it hanging in your neck of the woods?

Well, they are 3rd party products, not Avid products, so I don't hold Avid responsible for Omnisphere crashing 10.1, or even Spectrasonics, who have yet to bless, or update Omnisphere 1.5.6d for 10.1.

Just wanted to start a thread to share current 10.1 HDX and VI info.

Toontrack SD2 is running fine. It's the only one I've tried yet.

Hey Andy,

So far I've had good success with both Omnisphere and Kontact (I have v4). Also Stylus RMX is working very well. For the record - I only use 1 instance of each of these in my sessions and I run multiple outputs from the single instance.
