I am at my wits end with this. I am getting -9092, -9093 and -9094 errors while running Pro Tools LE 5.2.1 in Mac OS 9.2.2 (The operating system held off interrupts too long) This happens even during a session with no plugins open. It also happens while bouncing to disk. I recently upgraded to a G4 1.25 GHz DP from a G4 733. I did not have this problem with the G4 733.
Here is my current system configuration: G4 1.25 GHz DP with 512 MB RAM DDR SDRAM 80 GB Seagate Barracuda Firewire Drive Oxford 911 chipset (disk doctor found no errors and I have 29 GB available) (this drive was recently formatted) Mac OS 9.2.2 disk cache is at 512k Virtual Memory is off Sleep is set to never RAM Disk is off. Increasing the hardware buffer size to 512 or 1028 helps somewhat but I get latency when recording. I have played around with setting the DAE playback buffer size to 4 or 8 with little joy. I am running Pro Tools with a minimal set of extentions. Pro Tools memory allocation (unlocked) minimum 40800 K preferred 75000 K DAE memory allocation (unlocked) minimum 50100 K preferred 75000 K Any thoughts anyone? |

You're right, I neglected to mention this is on a 001. And I thought I had documented everything so well.
Thanks for the help... |

FYI... I 'm also running Protools LE 6.2.2 in 10.3 and the same session runs perfectly with no errors.
