Quick Question regarding Control app

I just purchased 2 x S1 controllers. Their all linked up and working fine however when I go into the softkeys page I only see ONE S1 item under the pull down menu which is strictly for the bottom buttons on the surface. I do see 3 or 4 items available for the S3.
So question is; is this normal or has Eucontrol some how glitched out?
Otherwise everything seems to work seamlessly . At one point one of the surfaces fader wasn't doing anything on the brand new unit and I was worried it was defective, I turned off the power and powered it up again and everything was fine.

Are you on the newest Eucon release? You should see both as they can have independent soft keys now.

I am actually on the last version of the software . I'm not clear on your explanation. The only thing I see regarding the S1 in the softkeys pull down menu is a single instance of the S1 which allows you to modify the 8 hardware colour keys at the bottom of the units. There's nothing else available.. As foe the S3 like I said there's at least 3 items in the pull-down menu.

I meant if you have two S1's they should each show up. But I'm sorry I don't know how to rectify.

if you're running the latest version of Eucon you'll see a drop down menu underneath "section" where you choose S1 Color Keys for the S1 Unit.

Yeah. That's all I see. Ok so it's normal that's the only thing that's available ..cool.

Everything else works spotlessly . Nice having 2 S1!

Glad you're seeing that on your end. I'm a bit confused. What were you expecting to see available in the drop down menu?

I thought I'd see a whole nunch of pages to program custom buttons anywhere on the surface. It's all good! Units are great!
