S3 and dock weirdness

Hi all,
Hope someone here can offer some insight on this issue.
Setup:
Mac studio with 13.2.1
Protools ultimate 2022.12 running under Rosetta
Latest eucon driver..
iPad with latest version of protools control
S3
Dock
Symptom:
When you select a track on the s3 and do anything ie move a fader or change automation status the app and the dock work as expected. Now when I move a virtual fader on the iPad app the fader on both the s3 and the fader on the dock move as expected.
Now when you move the fader on the dock the faders on the s3 and the app don’t do anything.
This is consistent and never works as expected.
All control surfaces have the latest firmware and otherwise function. Just can’t get the dock fader to work as you would expect.
Again the fader moves on the dock when I’m moving it from the s3 or the app, however not from the dock fader…
Any advice would be fantastic…

All three faders are moving together over here on a similar system. Are you sure that the same fader is being attentioned? And, you're not in a VCA spill, right?

No not in vca spill..
It doesn’t seem to function when moving the single fader on the dock. But again the dock responds to fader movements on the app and the s3…

If you gently touch the fader, does the track name popup appear in the bottom left of the Control App?

Then I suspect the fader touch is not working. You can try cleaning the fader. First blow air whilst moving it, then if that doesn't work use deoxit(sparingly)
