apogee ad16x and da16x with 96 i/0's

hello i have 4 apogee interfaces..2 ad16x and 2 da16...i have purchased when i bought my 2hd card accel pro tools system 2 96 i/o's
and i am a litte confused ..how i will connect them all with etacg other
to be more specific i have the hd apogee card installed at the converters..for easy access with pro tools..how i wiill alla connect them with the pci card on my mac and with eatch other and with bnc cables to all apogee and 96 i/o's to follow the same clock?
