Default Unnecessary XP background Services?

HI ALL,
wondering which WinXP Pro background sevices can I dissable safely for PT 8.0.1 use. PC is NOT for Internet- music only. I want to make the most efficient system, and my old PT 6.4 worked great after dissabling most of the bkgd sevices. Hoping to find a list of the sevices i can stop for PT 8.

Thanks so much!
