Please Advise are Pro Tools M-Powered Essential the same as LE M-Powered?

I was going to buy the Fast Track - Record Guitar and Vocals on Your Computer
I wanted to know if there is a difference between the Pro Tools LE M-Powered software and Pro Tools® M-Powered™ Essential.. Please advise
