Default Can't install Pro Tools LE on Windows XP

I'm trying to give my younger brother my old mbox with iLok all registered ready to go but after I installed it to his computer it pops up " The procedure entry point _DsiSetThreadPriority@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSI.dll" then it says a required DLL file, DFW.dll, was not found. Please help. I know it's old but would be much appreciated! : )
