Does re-initializing my drive change disk allocation?
I took everything off my firewire drive and erased/re-initialized it to do some precautionary housekeeping. The drive seems ok, but when I drag files back onto the drive, PT says my disk allocation has changed. Is this normal?
Thanks, BBQ |

Re: Does re-initializing my drive change disk allocation?
reinitializing wipes all data from your disc, and you are starting from scratch. All info stored on the disc will be lost when reinitializing.
Hope this is helpful. |
