Default Support tickets not answered

Hi Forum,


I have tried to reach Avid support for help since january, and now have 4 unanswered open tickets concerning problems using our Sibelius License Server v.8.4.1.

And also, none of their european support phonenumbers listed on the contact page exists anymore, so i suggest that they remove them from the contact site.


Does anyone else experience this silent treatment from Avid support?

Can't find anything recent based on your DUC User Name or Email. Do you have a Case # you can share?

If you have successfully set up a ticket, you should immediately receive an acknowledgment. If you did not get a written response, there was a problem with your submitted ticket attempt. It may sometimes take a few days, but AVID has never failed to respond to my service requests.
