Support tickets not answered
Hi Forum,
I have tried to reach Avid support for help since january, and now have 4 unanswered open tickets concerning problems using our Sibelius License Server v.8.4.1. And also, none of their european support phonenumbers listed on the contact page exists anymore, so i suggest that they remove them from the contact site. Does anyone else experience this silent treatment from Avid support? Best MortenWB |

If you have successfully set up a ticket, you should immediately receive an acknowledgment. If you did not get a written response, there was a problem with your submitted ticket attempt. It may sometimes take a few days, but AVID has never failed to respond to my service requests.
