Default Any way to REMOVE or reset authorization?

I have a computer which is not "officially" supported with PT6 (iMac G3). But I won't be buying a new machine any time soon, and I much prefer to work in OS X. Rather than purchase an upgrade and then have it not work, I borrowed a friend's installer and authorization to try it out (yeah, I know that's a no-no, but my intentions are honest). It worked fine on my system, so I ordered and have received my own copy of the software, but now I can't figure out how to get it to ask me for my personal authorization number. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but that didn't work. I tried deleting the preference file, but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
