Thanks NST7. What about the ilok key? I guess that I need to buy an ilok key before for the licence transfer as I suppose the ilok key is not included with the software ? I never had PT before. I was running Cubase 5 on a PC.

Correct. You'll also need to register with ilok.com so you can transfer and manage your licenses.
