Default Identify ch order in 5.1 wav from header?

Is there some flag in the wav file header that identifies which channel order 5.1 file it is? You know, identify L,R,C,Lf,Ls,Rs (music), L,C,R,Ls,Rs,Lf (film) or L,R,Ls,Rs,C,Lf (dts ch order).

Is there really no field for this? The channel order is just assumed and yet we have 3 different systems?
