Default factory Bundle plugins not accessible with MBox2

I purchased the factory bundle with my MBox 2. Have beeen running Pro Tools on this computer for about 4 months. I just installed the factory v.2 disc and registered my ilok. I also downloaded the ilok driver from the digidesign site. I can't see the plugins showing up on track input or audiosuite pulldown menu. What step have I overlooked? Please help. Thanks...
