Default Midi Digi 002- Sync with Akai And Motif

hey just wondering if anyone could help me out . Heres my situation

I have a an MPC 2000xl, Motif ES 6 and Pro tools le 002

I just recently picked up the motif so im wondering how i can use pro tools as my main sequencer for my motif while having the mpc slave to the pro tools sequence.

Basically i want to be able to record my midi notes in to pro tools on a midi track from my motif and once recorded have the midi trigger notes in pro tools trigger the motif while also sending midi timecode to my mpc??? The 002 only has an input a thru and an out so how can achieve this thanks.

Jon
