Pro Tools M-Powered Essential not recognizing keyboard?

Hi all, I have installed all the correct drivers and program however when I start up the program it says that it does not detect the keyboard that came with the box? It works in Garageband so I'm assuming it's the program's fault. Can anyone help my out with this? Thanks
