Avid Pro Tools Studio - Perpetual Upgrade code doesn't work.

I bought the above product from Thomann.de after checking on this Avid forum it was the right one to upgrade from PT10 but the code doesn't work & the pages then go back to the start of the process. I have tried via the Avid link on my Mac & by & also via the webpage links it's the same old problem. I have also tried upgrading to latest version of ilok.

I am logged in to my Avid account & ilok account, it finds my previous PT10 version but still comes up with the same message "Something unexpected happened during redemption"

There are still no new Pro Tools installed on my ilok account.
My ilok licences work fine with all my other plugins from many other companies, it's only Avid Pro Tools that has issues.
