Default Can't install Pro Tools Essentials library

Hi Im trying to install Pro Tools Factory Essentials from Native Access but I cant locate the relevant .nicnt file into which the library can be added. Ive searched my MAC HD drive and I have found a couple related to Session Horns and Kontakt factory Selection so Essentials wont let me use those...

Im on a mac running Big Sur and I have pro Tools 2020.12.1

Are you using Native Access 2?
You can check the Preferences in NA2 to see where it downloads files to. The files are deleted once installed though.
The other option is to set the library files to be saved to an external drive, which is also done in preferences.

Default Re: Can't install Pro Tools Essentials library

Hi Will,

Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately I am running NA 1.14.1 I cant run NA2 coz my Mac cant handle it (can't bump up higher than Big Sur).

i have successfully downloaded the Essentials files and they are sitting in NA (uninstalled) with the option to Add Library on the right. When i select this I am presented with a window that prompts me to locate my Pro Tools Factory Essentials with the default location (users/shared) greyed out. When i try and browse to find the relevant nicnt file for the library anywhere on my machine its nowehere to be found :-[

So Im thinking I need to initiate pro Tools Factory Essentials somehow which will create the nicnt file that can then be accessed by the bundles install process from NA?
