Just to add to the last post, if you don't re-install the latest iLok Manager, that is what will cause the boot loop. Just caused that problem on my own computer.
You have to use the "Troubleshoot" option when the boot fails, get into the command prompt and rename the Windows\System32\drivers\tpkd.sys to tpkd.old (you could delete it, but renaming is a bit safer). Then once you get into Windows, uninstall all iLok Manager versions and re-install the latest version. Now have the Eleven Rack Editor working on Windows 11. Joel
