Can't open Pro tools

I downloaded pro tools first to get familiar with that soft. If I'm aware I got that version with the midi controller I bought a couple of months ago. the problem is when I try to open it getting that message

Could not complete your request because No such file or directory (2) while opening "PlugIns_1b7073ff-c8d8-49fd-96ba-00d462273574".

I'm not sure what is that mean and what should I do any help apricated. Thanks in advance!
