strange video behavior...
Importing Video to session..
When I import the video, everything is fine for the first 40 minutes, then at that point starts playing the first part of another .mov file., (it is playing from the fist half of the show, instead of the last part of the second half). although audio is correct. I first thought it was a problem with the conversion, but when I play the imported second half on QT, it is fine. All imported audio is fine... playing the whole second half as it should. SO... for some reason PT is referencing a different video part way through the session. Cleansed prefs, reimported, I would imagine that it is a "unique identifier issue", but I have never seen this before. Any thoughts. PT 8.0.1cs2 G5 2.7 weird... SB AND.. the thumbnails on the edit screen are showing the correct footage????
