I had that same issue with Insight and Neutron 2 when I would open old sessions. Installing using those alternate installers fixed it. Not sure if it will help you but worth a shot.

I'm not on 2022.10. Still on 2022.7. So I can't say for sure.

Thank you so much for this. I was able to install Ozone 8 Adv on my Mac Studio in Monterey and use it to load older sessions. Much appreciation for the tip!!

Ozone 8 works fine, but insight 1 won't work on M1 mac because of supposedly old interlok drivers.

I sent a support messasge to izotope and they will give you an offline authorisation that will work with M1 macs on Pro Tools instead of relying on outdated iLok stuff. However, a few weeks later instead of it working, it just started to freeze on loading so I gave up and moved on to MetricAB as it was free with the PA voucher thing. Unfortunately there seems to be a graphical error with MetricAB and Pro Tools on M1 Pro. When I open it, Pro Tools stops with CPU error, regardless of buffer size. Youlean doesn't suffer the same fate so I might end up using that after all.
