Default Very hard for me to buy Pro Tools

Good day all, I've been trying for at least 2 hours to buy and download the full version of Pro Tools, but every time i get to the buying page it'll send me back to the page before. I got the subscription into my cart once, but I wasn't signed in so it made me sign in. But then after that it just keeps sending me in a loop.

any help? thanks in advance

try thru a 3rd-party seller such as Sweetwater, VintageKing, or Alto.
their systems are often much more efficient.

they'll send you an auth code as soon as the transaction goes thru.
some other dealers do even better competitive prices.
you might even qualify for a crossgrade if you own competitive products.

Purchasing through an authorized Avid reseller is always a much smoother experience that purchasing from the Avid webstore. Avid has no problem with this and wants to support their dealer network.

I concur. When it comes to most software, Sweetwater does a great job with download and authorization procedures. Even very kludgy processes instilled by the manufacturer are clearly outlined by Sweetwater. That has been my experience anyway.

To every one out here I just wanted to clarify some stuff haha, I've tried multiple browsers etc. It just went on to reload, even from my phone, from someone else computer and it didn't work.

I got through with the Sweetwater website within 10 minutes. Thank you guy so much!

I would never recommend someone buy from Sweetwater. They completely botched my order and hung me out to dry. I usually go to Alto because they’ll give you a coupon or VK.

My experience with Sweetwater has always been great. They always went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them. However, as noah330 shared, each person's experience may be different.

This is one of those products I would ONLY buy from Sweetwater.

Main reason is free LIFETIME tech support. With Avid if you do NOT renew, you do NOT get free tech support. And they have longer hours 6 days which should go to 7 days a week to tech in the USA.
