No - but if you are using desktop video window on your MC then EdiPrompt from Sounds In Syncs would be your friend, failing that it's the usual composite streamers from Colin Broad

There is no software solution for this that I know of -however you can get a graphic made to overlay as a streamer/ wipe -once it is set up to add a steamer in correct loctaion it is relatvly simple, locate to 5sec before cue and hit 'V' to paste it in place.
