Avid should learn from Apple. They take their store down, put new products in place, then open after everything works as expected. Maybe next time :)

Hey Davide

Confirmed!

PT12 comes bundled with 10/11/12 soypu can choose which ones you wanna use. If you have a HD license then you get all 3 in HD versions.

I upgraded to PTHD10/PT11HD on November 21th, but I have no PTHD12 in my account either. PTHD11.3.1 has some weird bugs in relinking and Disk Allocation, so those are the main reasons to upgrade for me. I hope those bugs are fixed. Guess it takes a little time longer...

Ok, I received a 30 day "temp" license,
as the upgrade is "still being processed"

I have it installed, but not without the Xpand II/AIR Free Glitch
with the App manager. I had to go to the website downloads
to get AIR Free Instruments and Xpand II installed, as the
App Manager choked on them...but it's all in and working.

While this whole "launch" has been (and still IS) a debacle...
I'm not going to write this off so fast...

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see
how this plays out...Avid, you're on notice...this is the
LAST TIME that I'll be so "forgiving"....get your act together...

Others may not be so kind....

Default Where is my PT 11 to PT 12 free upgrade?

Hi,

I bought Pro Tools 11 at February 2015 and this free upgrade from PT 11 to PT 12 wasn't shown in my account. How many days does it take to be shown in my account? How difficult can it be to upgrade these accounts to PT 12...
