HELP PLEASE??? \'Volume set to Tranfer or Play\" err
Ok, got my external drive setup on my Mac G5. Now when I copy over existing session or save to the drive, when I try to open bakc up, I get an error that states "Volume set to 'T'ransfer or 'P'lay .......... " and it will not let me open up, it appears to be a PTLE error. Anyone here lend some insight.
Thanks in advance SIM |

Re: HELP PLEASE??? \'Volume set to Tranfer or Play\" err
close the session but leave pro tools running. go to menu> Window>Workspace, change the (T) on the A side of the drive info to an (R) by clicking on it. your ready to rock!!!

Re: HELP PLEASE??? \'Volume set to Tranfer or Play\" err
soemetimes after unmounting a fiberdrive on our sytem it does reset. and since its a firewire you may run into this. but i dont think it should change, but who knows. its always a good idea to check your disk allocation befoer a session anyway.
